Licensing: who may remove asbestos

Asbestos work in NSW is regulated by SafeWork NSW under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017. Friable asbestos (loose, crumbly) is Class A and needs a Class A licence for any amount; non-friable (bonded) fibro is Class B. Eco Demolition holds the capability for both and publishes AD212242.
