Asbestos work in NSW is regulated by SafeWork NSW under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017. Friable asbestos (loose, crumbly) is Class A and needs a Class A licence for any amount; non-friable (bonded) fibro is Class B. Independent clearance, done right

Here is a real gap worth naming. On a friable (Class A) job, the air monitoring and the clearance certificate must be carried out by an independent licensed asbestos assessor, separate from the removalist, and at least one competitor ranking for Rosebery self-clears its own work. Eco Demolition does not. We arrange and coordinate the independent assessor and never issue the clearance ourselves. That separation is a compliance requirement, and getting it right is exactly the kind of thing that matters on a documented commercial or industrial job.
