What Randwick City Council wants with a demolition application
When a Coogee demolition goes to Randwick City Council as a development application, two documents do most of the work of getting it approved.
The first is a construction and demolition waste management plan. Council asks it to set out the type and quantity of material the job will generate, how much will be re-used or recycled rather than sent to landfill, how the rest is disposed of, and the recycling outlets and tips it will go to. Do you need that development application at all?
